Career Services uses a comprehensive online recruiting system developed by NACElink/Symplicity and shared by all of The Claremont Colleges. CMC's system is called ClaremontConnect, and it allows students to receive information from Career Services, search for on-campus jobs, internships and full-time positions. In addition, students can view and sign up for workshops, information sessions, career fairs, and special events at all 7 Colleges. General Job Sites
CareerBuilder offers a vast online and print network to help job seekers connect with employers. CareerBuilder.com powers the career sites for more than 9,000 Web sites, including 140 newspapers and broadband portals such as MSN and AOL.
A service of the National Association of College Employers, JobWeb offers career and job-search advice for new college graduates.
Going Global is a comprehensive database that is an exceptional tool for finding domestic and international career and employment resources, including job openings, internship listings, industry profiles and country and city-specific career information.
The O*NET is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor and is one of the nation's primary sources of occupational information. The database is continually updated by surveying a broad range of workers from each occupation. Information from this database forms the heart of O*NET OnLine, an interactive application for exploring and searching occupations. The database also provides the basis for their Career Exploration Tools, a set of valuable assessment instruments for those looking to find or change careers.
One of most valuable research tools available for those going into the workforce, Vault.com provides over 2500 extended corporate profiles, industry profiles, information on top career paths, corporate culture, historical and current events, revenue, hiring practices, benefits, salary ranges, and employee surveys. Called "Cliffs Notes for Careers" by Forbes Magazine, Vault guides have been published since 1997 and are the premier source of insider information on careers.

The Graduate Management Admission Test® (GMAT) is a critical part of the selective admissions process for nearly 4,000 graduate management programs at 1,800 schools around the world.
The Graduate Record Examinations® (GRE®) General Test measures verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, and critical thinking and analytical writing skills. The GRE® Subject Tests gauge undergraduate achievement in 8 specific fields of study.
The Law School Admission Test (LSAT) is a half-day, standardized test administered four times each year at designated testing centers throughout the world. All American Bar Association-approved law schools, most Canadian law schools, and many other law schools require applicants to take the LSAT as part of their admission process.
The Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) is a standardized, multiple-choice examination designed to assess the examinee's problem solving, critical thinking, writing skills, and knowledge of science concepts and principles prerequisite to the study of medicine. Scores are reported in Verbal Reasoning, Physical Sciences, Writing Sample, and Biological Sciences. Medical colleges consider MCAT exam scores as part of their admission process.
