The Office of Special Events is responsible for planning and implementing Claremont McKenna College’s signature events as well as important off-campus events and summer conferences.

Please note that the event request form linked from this page is for use by CMC faculty and staff members only. Requests for student meetings are events cannot be accepted through this page. Please visit the Student Activities Office site for more information on planning a student event.
Meeting & Event Request Form
Meeting requests must be submitted a minimum of 72 hours in advance.
Event requests must be submitted at minimum of 14 days in advance.
Please note that academic class room reservations take precedence over room requests. There is a possibility that the room(s) requested will be unavailable because of a class. We will work with you to find an appropriate alternative location(s) if a conflict arises.
Confirmation of your request will be sent within two business days.
Please note that use of certain venues such as Roberts Pavilion, McKenna Auditorium, and outside spaces (Gann Quadrangle, Kravis Center Terraces, Quads, Parents Field, etc.) may require additional costs for set up and servicing. Information about additional expenses will be provided to you before confirming the reservation.
Claremont McKenna College is pleased to offer its campus for selected conference programming with an educational focus. Because of the high demand during the academic year for campus spaces, the College is unable to schedule non-CMC conferences during the academic year (September – May).
