Nicole Sheldon-Desjardins has been working in the field of international education since 2003. Prior to serving as Assistant Director for Off-Campus Study at CMC, she directed summer community service and semester-long internship programs in Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean for college, gap year, and high school students. She has also developed and led workshops and programs in the U.S. and abroad for a range of groups and ages, from elementary school students through adults. Nicole has an MA in International Education from SIT Graduate Institute in Brattleboro, Vermont and a BA in English and Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Additionally, she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Cameroon and lived, worked, studied, volunteered, and traveled in 29 countries on six continents.
