Trustee Steven L. Eggert

Mr. Eggert is Founder and President of Anton Development Co., based in Foster City near San Francisco. Anton Development Co. develops, constructs, owns, and manages multifamily rental apartments throughout California. He has developed more than 7,800 rental apartments in more than 45 projects with a value in excess of $1.5 billion. Mr. Eggert is also the co-owner and co-managing member of St. Anton Partners, LLC.

Mr. Eggert earned a bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College and a law degree from Boalt Hall at the University of California, Berkeley. He served as a U.S. Army officer and Airborne Ranger, stationed in Germany, patrolling the Iron Curtain. Steve practiced real estate law in Newport Beach, Calif., before becoming a real estate developer. Mr. Eggert is a trustee of Claremont McKenna College and is a member of the Multifamily Council of the Urban Land Institute. He has previously served as a local elected official, a planning commissioner, and on the board of the California Chamber of Commerce.
