The Distinguished Speaker Series brings prominent leaders in business, finance, and government to the school to share their perspectives. Lectures are open to the public from 12:00 p.m. - 1:15 p.m. in the Security Pacific Dining Room, Athenaeum. Christopher Dodds P’12 – February 19, 2010
Christopher Dodds works with The Carlyle Group as a Senior Advisor in their Financial Services practice. Dodds also serves on the Board of Charles Schwab Bank, N.A.; ITG, Inc., an institutional securities broker; and Baron Capital, an investment management firm. In May 2007, he retired from The Charles Schwab Corporation where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

George Roberts ’66 P'93 – April 20, 2010
George Roberts, a pioneer of the private equity industry, co-founded Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (“KKR”) in 1976. For over thirty years, Mr. Roberts, along with KKR co-founder Henry Kravis, has led the firm in its growth into a leading global alternative asset manager with $47 billion in assets under management. Mr. Roberts participates in all of KKR’s investment activities, and serves on the Investment and Portfolio Management Committees.
