Payment Plan Descriptions

In order to serve you better, CMC offers the following payment options. Please read them carefully and select the option that best fits your needs.

CMC is currently on an 8 payment plan for the 2008-2009 school year. For the Fall 2007 semester there will be four installments. The first installment will be due on August 20 and go through November 20, 2008. The remaining four installments will be applied to the Spring 2009 semester. The dates for the Spring 2008 semester will be due from January 20, 2009 through April 20, 2009.

For some of you selecting a Payment Plan may be a complex decision because you may not have received your financial aid award letter yet. If you feel that you may need to be on the installment plan please complete "Option #2 or #3 on the Payment Plan form. You may chose to cancel the payment plan if your financial assistance is sufficient enough for you to pay the balance in full by August 10, 2008. The financial aid awards should be mailed out the end in June. The cost for selecting the payment plan is $100.00 per semester.

Returning students must turn in a new Payment Plan Application with each new academic year. If we do not receive a new application you will be placed on the FULL payment plan.

All delinquent balances are subject to a 1% late fee per month.

Option #1 - Payment in Full

• Payment by August 10, 2008 for the fall semester.
• Payment by January 10, 2009 for the spring semester.
• A 1% late fee will be charged on all delinquent accounts.

Option #2 - Monthly Payment Plan

• There are four monthly payments for each semester.
• There is a $100.00 per-semester service charge for this plan.
• The first installment is due on or before August 20, 2008.
• An installment is due every month. The Fall semester due dates are: Aug. 20, Sept. 20, Oct. 20, Nov. 20, 2008.
• The Spring due dates are: Jan. 20, Feb. 20, March 20, April 20, 2009.
• A 1% late fee will be charged on all delinquent accounts

Option #3 - Automatic Monthly Electronic Payment

• This option allows CMC to deduct payments directly from your checking account four monthly payments will be deducted from your checking account each semester. ( We will not deduct payments automatically in December.)
• You will receive a statement stamped "INFORMATION ONLY" showing the amount to be deducted from your checking account for the current month. (The payment amount for fall and spring semester may be different.)
• It is the Authorized parent's responsibility to inform us of any changes in bank account information.
• There is a $100.00 per-semester service charge for this plan.
• A 1% late fee will be charged on all delinquent accounts
