Refunds

Those students who have a credit balance on their student account may request a refund.

Refunds may be obtained once all actual financial aid has been applied to your student account.

Refunds can not be sent out prior to the start of the 1st day of classes for each semester.

You may request a refund by simply filling out the refund form and faxing it to 909-607-7706 or mailing it to the address below. You may also pick up a form from our office which is located south of Bauer Center in Module A - Center Court.

Please allow 7 to 14 days to process your refund. All refunds checks must be mailed.
