Silicon Valley Program Housing
Most students participating in the Silicon Valley Program live at the Oakwood Apartments in Mountain View, CA. However, the SVP also allows students with internships in San Fransisco to find their own apartment in San Francisco, at the discretion of the Silicon Valley Program Director.
Students living in the Mountain View apartments will be charged the regular room fees as described on the Program Costs page. Students electing to live in San Francisco will not be charged a room fee. Please see the SVP Director with specific questions about housing and charges.
Housing in San Francisco
Students choosing this option must search for the apartment, qualify using their own credit and sign a lease. A good place to start a search is the Oakwood Apartments website. This option is not available for Pitzer College students.
Housing in Mountain View
The SVP has secured a number of two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartments housing up to four students in each apartment. The apartments come fully furnished with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. Just bring clothes and food.
