WLA Women and Leadership Workshop
What: Three events in one:
- An overview of theory and research
- Networking roundtable discussions with female leaders in finance, education, government, media, science and more
- Lunch with a capstone presentation by Jennifer Waggoner ’95, President of League of Women Voters California, "Nobody Wants to Be a Leaderette"
When: Friday, February 10, 2012, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (including a light breakfast and lunch at the Marian Miner Cook Athenaeum)
Where: Claremont McKenna College, McKenna Auditorium (workshop) and the Marian Miner Cook Athenaeum (lunch)
Who: Upperclassmen of all of the Claremont Colleges
Why: To support women in their time of transition with valuable information and a connection to experienced leaders
How: Please register separately for each event by February 8, 2012
