I am an Active Duty Army Officer on assignment to Claremont McKenna College with 8th Brigade, U.S. Army Cadet Command. I commissioned at the United States Military Academy as an Aviation Officer and attained the Army's flight school program at Fort Rucker following graduation. I am a rated UH-60L Black Hawk helicopter pilot and have served as a Flight Platoon Leader, Maintenance Platoon Leader, Assistant Operations Officer, and Aviation Support Company Commander. My overseas assignments include a deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and an operational tour to Joint Task Force Bravo in Honduras supporting Humanitarian and Counter-Narcotics missions in Central America.
