Shuttles will be provided before and after the ceremony to assist guests parking north and south of Pritzlaff Field. If you have any special concerns, please direct them to the Office of Special Events.

Limited drinks, snacks and other items will be available for purchase in Butler Plaza prior to the ceremony. The College requests that guests refrain from bringing pets to the outdoor commencement ceremony. Assistive animals are permitted. Thank you for your compliance.

Tickets are not required for the graduation ceremony. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Seats may not be reserved but may be held if a family member remains under the marquee. Staff members will be at the Commencement site to provide assistance. Please note that the gates to Pritzlaff Field will open at 11 a.m. for access to the ceremony site.

So that you do not have to leave your seat during the ceremony, CMC has contracted for individual photos of each graduate receiving a diploma during the ceremony. Ultimate Exposures will contact you at your home address following Commencement. In addition, live streaming of the event will occur on May 12 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (PDT). Please go to cmc.edu or to the Commencement website for additional details.

Commencement announcements may be ordered through CB Announcements either online at www.cbgrad.balfour.com or by phone at (800) 433-0296. Let me remind you that you should book your hotel accommodations as early as possible.
If there is anything else we can do to facilitate your plans for this special Commencement day, please do not hesitate to contact the Office of Special Events at (909) 607-4006 or email events@cmc.edu.

I look forward, as you do, to May 12.
