Collins Hall

Collins Hall is the College's dining hall. Three meals are served daily, Monday through Friday, and a brunch and dinner are served on weekends.

In addition to the regular dining schedule, Collins will frequently provide food and equipment for student groups who wish to have special events outside of the dining hall.

Collins Hall has three private dining rooms available for use during meal hours. The rooms may be reserved in advance through the office manager, Gabriella Guzman, at 909-607-2883.

The Hub

The Hub - Located in the Emett Student Center, the Hub Grill has a variety of quick meal options, providing an alternative to Collins Dining Hall. Meal Replacements for CMC students are available Monday through Friday for lunch and/or dinner. The adjacent Hub Store has a variety of drinks, snacks, and sundries items for sale. Cash and Claremont Cash are accepted.

  • Dinner - 4:30pm - 6:30pm

Cash, Claremont Cash and Departmental Charges accepted

  • Breakfast: Guest, $10.25; faculty/staff, $6; board plus, $4.
  • Brunch/lunch: Guest, $13.25, faculty/staff, $7.75; board plus, $5.
  • Dinner: Guest, $16.25; faculty/staff, $9.50; board plus, $6.
