We value the participation of Pomona students in the Silicon Valley Program (SVP). There are two important considerations to be aware of with regard to your enrollment in SVP:
First, you will not earn credit toward graduation for the internship. You will be registered in the course, but on a non-credit basis. Pomona College does not award academic credit for internships, but will record your internship grade and participation as a notation on your transcript.
Second, participation in the program is conditional on approval from the International and Domestic Programs Committee. Please contact the Pomona College International and Domestic Programs Office for more information on the Pomona application and deadlines for domestic programs.
