Join CMC faculty, alumni, parents, and students for Worldmeet 2024. With CMC being at the forefront of business and international affairs, during Worldmeet the CMC and global community comes together to discuss the most pressing issues of our time. This exciting trip promises engaging and informative conversations, keynote presentations, and special tours of our host country! In 2024, Minxin Pei, Tom and Margot Pritzker '72 Professor of Government, will join the group and help lead discussions around US-China and US-Asia relations, as well as further understanding of Singapore’s importance in the global political and business landscape.

Wild Galápagos Escape

June 29 - July 6, 2024

After a long hiatus, the Claremont McKenna College travel program is restarting in 2024 with a magical visit to the enchanted Galápagos Islands.

We are honored that Ron Libeskind-Hadas, the founding chair of the new Kravis Department of Integrated Sciences, and Donald McFarlane, the Kenneth S. Pitzer professor of biology and environmental science in the Keck Science Department, will be leading two explorations organized for us by Lindblad Travel on the beautiful new all-suite National Geographic Islander II.

Members of The Claremont community from around the globe will spend June 20 to 27, 2024 or June 29 to July 6, 2024 exploring the wonders of the Galápagos on a customized itinerary of education, recreation, and relaxation. It is the perfect family vacation!

Journey to Antarctica: The White Continent

January 7 - 15, 2025

Join CMC alumni and friends, as well as Professor Branwen Williams, one of the newest faculty members of the Kravis Department of Integrated Sciences, aboard the NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC EXPLORER as we journey to Antarctica to explore the dazzling beauty of this impressive place known as The White Continent.

The White Continent launches you into a unique world of marine wildlife, frozen landscapes, and incredible geological formations. In the Antarctic islands, we will float into an ice desert of crystalline air and frozen seas. Staggering in its variety of forms, the visual beauty of polar ice makes every Antarctic explorer vow to return.

In addition, alumni have been offered the opportunity to travel in Europe with the Stags football team. A number of family camping adventures in Southern California have featured faculty members from the Keck Science Department discussing the flora, fauna, and geography of the local area. Other local travel adventures, including sleep-overs at the LA Zoo, have been enjoyed by many CMC families.
