By Car
From the Los Angeles area, take the San Bernardino Freeway (I-10 west) to Indian Hill Boulevard (Exit 47) and turn left (North). To reach the Double Tree Hotel, turn left to Indian Hill and again left to Foothill Boulevard. The hotel will be on your right. To reach campus from the Indian Hill and Foothill intersection, go east on Foothill (make a right at Indian Hill to Foothill). At the next traffic light at Dartmouth Avenue, turn right. Then turn left on 10th Street. At the stop-sign at the end of the street, turn right. The Kravis building is an orange-colored building on the left side (888 Columbia Avenue).
From Pasadena and the San Fernando Valley, take the Foothill Freeway (I-210) east. Exit at Towne Avenue and drive south for one mile. To reach the Double Tree Hotel, turn left to Foothill and continue for approximately half a mile. The hotel will be on your left. To reach campus, turn left from the hotel onto Foothill Boulevard and continue until you reach Dartmouth Avenue. Turn right onto Dartmouth. Then turn left on 10th Street. At the stop sign at the end of the street, turn right. The Kravis building is an orange-colored building on the left side (888 Columbia Avenue).
From Orange County, take the Orange Freeway (Route 57) north to the San Bernardino Freeway (I-10 east). Continue east on I-10 to Indian Hill Boulevard (exit 47). To reach the Double Tree Hotel, turn left to Indian Hill and again left to Foothill Boulevard. The hotel will be on your right. By Air
By far the closest airport to Claremont is Ontario International Airport (ONT), 10 miles from campus. Other airports in the region include Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), John Wayne/Santa Ana (SNA), Long Beach (LGB), and Burbank (BUR), all of which are 30-50 miles from Claremont and would entail significant travel times depending on traffic.
