Evans ITAB Networking Trek 2022

Trek Dates: January 9-14, 2022
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2022 Evans ITAB Networking Trek will be held in a hybrid format. 

Important Dates:

Corporate hosts will include: Apple, Cloudflare, Facebook, Google, YouTube, and more!

Attendance: Students who commit to the Trek must attend all functions – late arrivals and/or early departures to any Trek event will not be permitted.

Transportation: Students accepted to the program are expected to provide their own transportation to and from CMC campus. There is no allowance or reimbursement of travel expenses. Once the Trek begins, transportation to all scheduled events will be arranged. 

Accommodations: All students will be expected to lodge in their respective campus housing. Early-arrival requests will be sponsored by ITAB. 

Meals: Meals associated with formal Trek events will be provided by ITAB for all participants from Sunday evening through Friday afternoon the week of the Trek. Any meals not part of the Trek are the responsibility of each student.

Internet Access: Part of the program will be held in a virtual format. Students accepted to the program are expected to have a connection with adequate bandwidth to allow for maximum participation and to minimize connection interruption.
