DUO - Lost or Stolen Device
If you have lost or had your device connected to Duo stolen, please contact the CMC Help Desk for further assistance. You will not be able to access or approve login requests without a device added to your DUO Profile.

After the Help Desk has confirmed that your old device has been deactivated, you can proceed with registering a new device with DUO.
