WLA Programs
Programs
The Women and Leadership Alliance creates opportunities for students and faculty to explore, research, and engage with issues related to women, gender, and leadership. Through speakers, workshops, fellowships, and research support, we foster learning, collaboration, and leadership development across our campus community.
Speakers & Events
The Women and Leadership Alliance brings scholars, leaders, practitioners, and alumni to campus to share insights and spark conversations on topics related to women, gender, leadership, and social impact. Through lectures, panels, workshops, and conferences, our programs encourage dialogue and expose the campus community to diverse perspectives and experiences.
Student Fellowships & Opportunities
We support students through fellowships and other opportunities that encourage exploration of issues related to women and leadership. These experiences allow students to engage deeply with research, develop leadership skills, and connect classroom learning with broader societal challenges.
Faculty Research & Collaboration
The Women and Leadership Alliance provides support for faculty and student research that advances understanding of women, gender, and leadership. By encouraging scholarship and collaboration across disciplines, we help generate new insights and contribute to meaningful conversations both within and beyond the campus community.
Building the Next Generation of Leaders
Through our programs and initiatives, the Women and Leadership Alliance is committed to expanding opportunities for learning, mentorship, and engagement. We aim to empower students and faculty to examine complex issues, challenge assumptions, and contribute to a future where women’s leadership continues to grow and thrive.
