Athenaeum Event Request Forms
The Athenaeum is available for student organizations and clubs, class meals with faculty, and other administrative events. For detailed information, please see complete policies of the Athenaeum.
- CMC Student Request Form (Only students representing official CMC student organizations and clubs can request a room for a club or organization function.)
- CMC Faculty Request Form (Faculty may book one meal function at no cost per class, per semester. This may include lunch, dinner, or tea-time reception. For larger classes, this can be broken into two free functions.)
- General Room Request Form (Staff may book functions for academic and administrative departments. Depending on the function being planned, there will be charge per guest. For standard lunches, the charge is $17.50 per person; for standard dinners the charge is $20.00; for standard tea-time receptions, the charge is $5 per person; coffee and tea service will be an additional $2.00 per person.)

Unless otherwise noted, lunch begins at 11:45 a.m.; speaker presentations begin at 12:15 p.m.
Evening receptions begin at 5:30 p.m.; dinner is served at 6 p.m.; speaker presentations begin at 6:45 p.m.
