RA Recruitment 

Resident Assistant (RA) recruitment takes place annually. The application for the following academic year opens on the Friday of Fall Exam Week and remains available until early to mid-February. All candidates who submit their application on time and meet eligibility requirements are invited to participate in the Group Process (group interviews) and a Final Interview. Hiring decisions are typically released shortly after Spring Break. The application and more information are sent out via email. 

Eligibility Requirements:

• Rising Senior, 3-2 Junior Class Standing, or a 2nd semester Junior
• Full-time student
• Good academic and judicial standing with the College
