Attendance: Students who commit to the Trip must attend all functions – late arrivals and/or early departures to any Trip event will not be permitted.

Transportation: Students accepted to the program are expected to provide their own transportation to and from the Trip headquarters hotel in Silicon Valley. There is no allowance or reimbursement of travel expenses getting to the hotel or returning to campus after the Trip concludes. Once in Silicon Valley, and the Trip begins, transportation to all scheduled events will be via chartered coach. Students may not drive themselves, or other students, to any of the scheduled events.

Hotel Accommodations: Hotel rooms will be provided by ITAB. Students will share a hotel room at the Trip headquarters hotel. The rooms have two beds and may be located throughout the hotel. Use of the hotel amenities are encouraged, remembering that all participants of the Trip are ambassadors of CMC and should behave accordingly.

Meals: Meals associated with formal Trip events will be provided by ITAB for all participants from Sunday evening through Friday afternoon the week of the Trip. Any meals not part of the Trip are the responsibility of each student.

Additional Costs: Students living in campus housing may incur additional housing costs after the Trip's conclusion. The Trip concludes on Friday, January 13 and the CMC dorms do not open until Sunday, January 15. Students planning to return to campus directly after the Trip concludes will need to request an early arrival with the Dean of Students office and pay the early-arrival fee. Students who wish to do local sight-seeing before returning to campus must budget and pay for a hotel on their own.
