Components of the Transfer Application

  1. Common Application
  2. College Report: A form to be completed by a college registrar or other college official.
  3. College Transcript(s): An official transcript of your college record to date.
  4. High School Transcript: An official copy of your final high school transcript.
  5. Mid-Term Report
  6. Two Academic Evaluations: These forms should be completed and submitted by individuals who have instructed you in college courses.
  7. You must submit official SAT or ACT scores. Applicants whose college enrollment has been limited to community colleges do not have to submit standardized test scores.
  8. Interviews: Interviews are completely optional and may be conducted on campus.
  9. Application Fee: $70
  10. Optional Video Response: After submitting your application, you will receive instructions by email from the CMC Admission Office on how to submit an optional two-minute video. Submission of this video is completely optional and you will be provided with a prompt.
