Living in Nonstationary Times – How Emerging Trends are Impacting Investing

Fri, February 17, 2023
Dinner Program
Max Gokhman '06

Artificial intelligence is beginning to grab seats on trading floors and vote on investment committees, but will it fully supplant human investors or merely serve to aid their search for fat right tails? How are advances in automation, quantum computing, and cloud infrastructure changing active management? And, as will discuss Max Gokhman '06, head of MosaiQ investment strategy for Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions, more broadly, how are emerging secular trends like deglobalization and nationalism affecting global markets’ ability to function?

Mr. Gokhman is the keynote speaker for CMC's Financial Economics Institute's (FEI) 2022-23 Claremont Finance Conference.
