Institute Team

The Institute Team manages all Kravis Leadership Institute programming and events, such as the Kravis de-Roulet Conference, Women and Leadership Conference, Leadership Dialogues, and Leadership Workshops. The Team is also responsible for institute communications, internal student engagement, and mentoring initiatives.

The Newsletter Team produces bi-annual newsletters detailing KLI events, initiatives, and leadership insights.

Student Engagement and Mentorship Initiative (SEMI)

SEMI operates three core programs: Mentorship Office Hours connect KLI students with alumni for focused 30-minute sessions, Internal Mentorship supports new hire integration into KLI and CMC, and Leadership Learning delivers Masterclasses with industry leaders to develop critical leadership competencies.
