On April 22, 2026, Rose Institute RA Deborah Aguirre '28 attended the Policy Insights Conference in Sacramento.  The conference, hosted by the California Budget & Policy Center, brings together community leaders, public sector professionals, researchers, and advocates working to advance equitable public policy. 

Deborah networked with a wide range of conference participants.

 Among those she met at the conference was Claremont Mayor Jennifer Stark.
