The Rose Institute is delighted to announce that CMC Professor Shanna Rose has joined our senior staff as Associate Director. Professor Rose brings outstanding qualifications to this position. She earned a B.A. from Swarthmore College and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Economy from Harvard University. She has been a member of the CMC Government Department since 2014 and became the founding director of the CMC Public Policy major in 2019. In 2020, she was awarded the Alice Tweed Tuohy Professorship in Management and Government. She is one of the nation’s leading scholars of federalism and public policy. You can see her staff bio here.
