Welcome to the NEW online Personnel Action Form (PAF)!
We are so excited to share with you an updated PAF and hope to streamline the submission process with this new online form. Here are your next steps and what to expect:
- Fill out and submit the online PAF form.
- The completed form will automatically route to firstname.lastname@example.org for processing. You will also receive an email confirmation with an attachment of the completed form (this email confirmation will be sent to the Department Contact's email address as entered on the form).
- The Payroll office will process your PAF request as soon as possible, within a few business days.
- The Payroll office will load your PAF into your PAF BOX folder for tracking purposes, as well as provide you with status updates using the BOX Activity messaging system. We will continue to provide you with status updates through BOX until your PAF request is fully processed.
