General Re-Enrollment Request

Students seeking to return to CMC from a general leave of absence, suspension, ITR, or withdrawal must submit this form, indicating their intention to return.

The deadline to submit this form for fall re-enrollment is March 15; for spring, it is October 15. Eligible students may participate in pre-registration and request on-campus housing, if space is available. Returning students must confer with Student Accounts and Financial Aid as early as possible, so that they are fully aware of deadlines and financial obligations.

Students seeking to re-enroll after spending time away from CMC for any reason must submit a $500 tuition commitment deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, but is applied to the individual student’s account for the subsequent semester. Students for whom this sum is a hardship may specifically request a reduced deposit at the time this request is submitted to the Registrar.
